1. Agreement
By booking a service with Clean Art β Cleaning Services (Gold Coast) ("we", "us", "our"), you ("the Client") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all services provided by us unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Services
We will provide cleaning services as agreed at the time of booking. Our bond cleaning services are based on a standard checklist. Any services outside this scope must be requested in advance and may incur additional charges.
3. Service Exclusions & Special Arrangements
The following items are excluded from our standard bond clean and may only be completed by prior arrangement, subject to inspection, or may not be offered at all:
- Bins (garbage and recycling) β By arrangement
- Venetian blinds and shutters β Subject to review
- External decks, walls and stairs
- Gutters, fascias and downpipes
- Vertical blind slats
- Driveways and pathways β By arrangement
- External wasp nests
- Slimline aluminium venetian blinds
- Heavily soiled roller blinds β Subject to review
- Extremely dirty ovens
Where agreed, additional charges may apply for any of the above items.
4. Access to the Property
The Client must provide safe, unobstructed access to the property at the scheduled service time, including access to electricity and running water. If access is not provided, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation or call-out fee.
5. Condition of the Property
The Client must ensure the property is in a condition that allows us to safely perform the service. Where the property is excessively dirty, contains hazardous materials, pests, or presents safety risks, we may:
- Charge additional fees; or
- Decline or discontinue the service.
6. Pricing and Payment
All quotes are provided based on the information supplied by the Client. We reserve the right to amend the quote if the actual condition of the property differs materially from what was disclosed. Payment is required in accordance with the agreed terms and may be required prior to or upon completion of the service.
7. Cancellations and Rescheduling
The Client must provide reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for late notice or failure to attend.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, including the Australian Consumer Law, our liability is limited as follows:
- We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or deterioration of surfaces.
- We are not responsible for items excluded from our services as outlined in these Terms.
- Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies the Client may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
9. Satisfaction Guarantee
If the Client is not reasonably satisfied with the service, they must notify us within 24 hours. We will endeavour to return and rectify any issues within a reasonable timeframe, at our discretion.
10. Acceptance
By confirming a booking or ticking the acceptance box, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
